We are looking for a Recruiter who has experience with every part of the hiring process, from sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees.
A good recruiter will work with department managers on a regular basis and think ahead to see if there are any jobs that need to be filled in the future. You should also be able to find candidates through a variety of sources, like social media networks and employee recommendations. Our ideal recruiter has a background in HR, as well as work experience in screening, interviewing, and evaluating job candidates.
Finally, the Recruiter’s job is to make sure our company attracts, hires, and keeps the best people, while also building a strong talent pipeline.
Responsibilities:
- Create and implement a long-term recruiting plan.
- Job descriptions and job specifications should be updated and changed.
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to the right job boards.
- Source candidates using databases, social media, and more.
- CVs and job applications must be checked to see if they are good enough for the job.
- Interview candidates with reliable recruiting and selection tools and methods to make sure you can do so on time.
- When you hire someone, make sure they’re fully integrated into the company before you let them work.
- Analytical and well-written recruiting reports should be given to the team.
- To make the company known as the best place to work.
Requirements:
- Work history as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
- Experience with different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress etc)
- Hands-on experience with different ways to choose a candidate (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check etc)
- Ability to set up skills assessment centers with things like in tray activities, work samples, psychometric and IQ/EQ tests, and more
- Knowledge in managing HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Candidate Management Systems (CMS) are important.
- Communication and interpersonal skills are very good.
- Skills that make it easy to make good decisions
- College degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
Work Terms:
- Salary: $800 (negotiable)
- Full-time: 40 hours per week
- Schedule: Monday – Friday (US Time zone)
