Sales & Business Support VA

We are looking for someone to join the sales team in a sales support & marketing function. You will get to know the sales process as well as have the ability to be creative with our sales processes and marketing content.

  • Provide ongoing support for sales executives and key account managers to enable them to spend more time focused on selling activities.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential customers, target industries, and key decision-makers.
  • Utilize various prospecting techniques, such as cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach, to generate new leads and opportunities.
  • Initiate contact with prospects and qualify them based on their needs, budget, timeline, and buying potential.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective prospecting strategies and campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospecting activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings or appointments for the sales team with qualified leads.
  • Follow up on prospecting activities to nurture relationships, address any concerns, and keep the sales pipeline moving forward.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments to effectively position our offerings during prospecting activities.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on prospecting activities, performance metrics, and opportunities to the sales management team.
  • Perform other tasks that may be assigned by immediate superior.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in prospecting, lead generation, sales or business development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Persuasive and grammatically correct writing skills; including, tone, style and content.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passion for our core values and mission.
  • Neutral or American accent.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace.
  • Experience using HubSpot is a plus
Work Setup
  • 100% Remote Work
  • Monday to Friday, 8AM-5PM EST (8 hours shift with 1 hour break)
  • US Holidays

  • Basic Salary: P25,000 to P50,000 depending on experience
