Talent Acquisition

We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Talent Specialist who can assist in finding candidates through different channels, setting up interviews and other steps in the selection process, and hosting or taking part in career events.

In the end, you will create strong talent pipelines that will help our company fill jobs now and in the future.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

● Work with hiring managers to figure out what positions need to be filled.
● Figure out how to choose candidates for the positions.
● Utilize online channels to find possible candidates (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
● Update information about candidates, like their resumes and contact information.
● Help develop job descriptions and interview questions that match the needs of each job.
● Take charge of employer branding efforts.
● Keep in touch with past applicants and people who might apply again.

QUALIFICATIONS:

● Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or in a similar job.
● Familiarity with professional networks, social media, and resume databases.
● Excellent skills in both speaking and writing.
● A clear understanding of how each role in an organization.
● Impeccable verbal and written communication skills.
● Has a neutral or American accent.

WORK TERMS:

● Employment Type: Full-Time
● Work Schedule: 8:00AM to 5:00PM Eastern Time (40 hours per week)
● Salary: Negotiable
